1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ah777 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the ah777 website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in English for Bangladeshi users. 2. Membership & Account

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person, household, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. ah777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit deposited funds in the event of a breach of this rule.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted from your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

ah777 may request documents from a member at any time for identity verification, such as a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. ah777 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to become a member of the ah777 platform. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

ah777 may request proof of age documents at the time of registration and at any point thereafter. If a member is found to have registered by declaring a false age, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited. Protecting minors from gambling is one of our highest priorities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Approved payment methods for depositing funds at ah777 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

You must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts registered to a third party are prohibited, and such transactions may be rejected or forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ah777 does not accept transactions in any foreign currency.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, giving you a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in games or betting sections designated by ah777.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the offer description.
• ah777 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time.

5.4 VIP Cashback

Regular members can enjoy weekly cashback through the VIP program. There are four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Cashback amounts and payment schedules are subject to change.

6. Betting & Gaming

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets on the ah777 platform are processed in real time. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, ah777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake.

6.2 Result Determination

All game outcomes are determined by an approved Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino game outcomes are determined through a live dealer. ah777 conducts regular audits to ensure game fairness.

6.3 Sports Betting

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or another person's identity.
• Misusing bonus benefits or making fraudulent bonus claims.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or game interface.
• Collecting or misusing other members' account information.
• Placing bets or making withdrawals using a third party's account.
• Using any software or bot to place automated bets.

ah777 reserves the right to investigate any unusual activity and, where necessary, to notify the relevant authorities.

In no case will ah777's maximum liability exceed the amount held in the relevant member's account. ah777 is not liable in any way for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

ah777's decision is final and binding. However, members may exercise their legal rights under applicable law.
